We’re looking for experienced legal professionals to join our growing team!
🔹 Assistant Manager-1
📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab
💼 Experience: 6–10 years, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Leadership role
🎓 Qualification: LLB / LLM
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and mentor a team of legal associates
✔ Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
✔ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including NDA, MSA, SOW, Procurement, SaaS, etc.
✔ Provide paralegal support in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Lemon Law, and Employment Law matters
✔ Handle and support Lemon Law case review, documentation, legal research, and compliance
✔ Drive process improvements, compliance, and stakeholder management
✔ Work with CLM platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares, and similar tools
We’re Looking For
✅ Strong CLM expertise and contract negotiation skills
✅ Team management and leadership experience
✅ Excellent legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills
✅ Knowledge/experience in Lemon Law and related legal matters
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
