Education: Masters in Law (LLM)
Experience:
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
Role Overview:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of paralegals.
- Monitor team performance as per defined KPIs.
- Managing agreed TAT & ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Liaise with quality manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to improve quality & legal acumen.
